Pulse’s privacy statement:
When you visit our website it will create a ‘cookie’ on your computer to record your visit. This will allow the website to remember your details e.g. a partially completed application, if you return to the site from the same computer. Once you’ve registered with us, we’ll also record this in a cookie, so that you don’t need to log on every time you want to record your timesheets and expenses.
We’ll obtain and store information from you whenever you:
- Send us an email
- Submit a form on our website
- Call us
All the data you submit on our website is transmitted securely using SSL technology. All the data you submit via our portal or any other means will be stored securely in our IT systems, which are hosted in a secure datacenter on our own hardware.
We’ll use the data that we hold about you to:
- Pay and tax you correctly
- Answer any questions that you may have
- Offer you other other relevant products and services
We’ll never pass your details on to anyone else without your permission (unless we’re required to by law).
We need to retain your payroll and tax information for seven years, to comply with the law.
