By joining Pulse you will benefit from full employment rights, including holiday pay, sick pay and maternity/paternity pay.
As an employee you have the right to take holidays and you have the right to be paid while on holiday. In calculating your pay, pulse will take account of holiday pay in the calculations, depending upon how much holiday entitlement you have accrued. However, rather than pay you when you’re off, you will get an advance payment for holidays every time you are paid, so that it is you rather than us that has control of your money.
By working through Pulse you will also be protected by our overarching employment contract which enables you to move between assignments without the hassle of constantly signing new contracts. Further to this, you are able to benefit from being able to claim business expenses incurred while travelling to your temporary workplace.
